Jr BA/Coordinator

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst / Coordinator to support an AI team by maintaining and managing key data platforms, including Airtable and Power BI. This role will focus on ensuring database integrity, supporting reporting needs, engaging with clients, and assisting with project coordination.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least one year of experience who is eager to learn and grow under mentorship. While subject matter expertise is not required, familiarity with Airtable and Power BI is highly preferred. Training and guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Airtable databases to support ongoing projects.
• Manage and sustain a Power BI reporting base, ensuring accurate data visualization.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and gathering necessary information.
• Work closely with senior team members and a mentor to develop necessary skills.
• Assist in project coordination and data analysis as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide reporting insights for the AI team.
• Work Eastern Time (ET) hours to align with team operations.

Qualifications

• 0 -1 years of experience in a business analyst, coordinator, or client-facing role.
• Experience with Airtable and Power BI is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Based in New York (hybrid preferred), but fully remote candidates will be considered.

Additional Details

The base range for this contract position is $15 - $22/per hour, depending on experience.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
