We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and can manage a wide range of administrative duties, including project tracking, reporting, and coordination. If you're someone who excels at problem-solving, has strong communication skills, and is highly organized, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and monitor accurate and complete files for projects and programs.
- Update systems to ensure that data accuracy and integrity are maintained.
- Initiate and monitor routine interactions/tasks with external stakeholders, including but not limited to applications to utilities and municipalities.
- Create and distribute correspondence and reports relevant to the team, project, or program (internal and external).
- Communicate issues to management before they reach a critical status.
- Assist with administrative preparation and coordination for meetings and events.
- Provide additional administrative support as required.
- Prepare and submit purchase orders and process contractor invoices for various office management functions, such as check requests, supply ordering, package shipment, office vendor coordination, and payments.
Qualifications
- One (1) year(s) in a general business environment with project coordination and/or administrative support experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Communicates effectively and demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.
- Exhibits strong customer focus and problem-solving approach.
- Skilled with Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Adapts quickly to learn new tracking and software programs.
- Prioritizes effectively across multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/administrative skills.
- Possesses basic telecommunications experience/knowledge.
Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $14 - $24/per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
