We specialize in providing Contingent Workforce Solutions, establishing strong partnerships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), delivering strategic recruitment services, and curating talent through Direct Sourcing. This approach enables us to build a diverse and empowered workforce.
We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to oversee our Vendor Management System (VMS)/MSP accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, driving talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for VMS/MSP accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identifying opportunities to expand and enhance our services within existing accounts, aligning solutions with client objectives.
- Developing and managing program structures, process frameworks, and data-driven strategies to optimize efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborating with MSP partners to align program objectives, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Leveraging data analytics and emerging technologies to enhance workforce performance and agility in a rapidly changing talent market.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in talent sourcing, contingent workforce solutions, or MSP program management.
- Strong background in client relationship management, recruitment delivery, and workforce optimization.
- Expertise in data-driven decision-making, technology integration, and process improvement.
- A deep understanding of VMS and MSP ecosystems, staffing operations, and talent acquisition strategies.
