We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support data management and analytics for Small Cell services. This role involves collecting and analyzing data, structuring large datasets to identify patterns, and generating actionable insights to support strategic business planning. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with data reconciliation, and proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data.
- Structure large datasets to find patterns and actionable insights.
- Analyze data to extract insights that guide business strategy.
- Use graphs, infographics, and other visualization methods to present data.
- Create reports for internal teams and external clients.
- Support data management for Small Cell services in ServiceNow.
- Import, audit, and correct data within the CMDB.
- Work with business partners to resolve data conflicts and ensure data quality.
- Recommend process and data model improvements.

The base range for this contract position is $19 - $29 / per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
