We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to design and implement a Sales Action Center that delivers AI-driven insights and recommendations to Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Sellers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture, recommendation engines, and sales enablement solutions, ensuring seamless adoption and refinement of AI-driven recommendations based on customer engagement data.
Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop a scalable Sales Action Center that integrates AI-driven recommendations for sales teams.
- Design & Implement data models that track the adoption and dismissal of recommendations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Establish Data Pipelines that integrate CRM, marketing automation, and engagement tools to feed the recommendation system.
- Ensure Data Governance by defining and enforcing data quality, security, and compliance standards.
- Optimize System Performance to deliver real-time or near-real-time recommendations effectively.
- Implement Feedback Loops that refine recommendations based on adoption patterns.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- Expertise in sales intelligence, sales enablement, or recommendation systems.
- Proficiency in data modeling, SQL, and pipeline development (e.g., using Snowflake, Databricks, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven recommendation engines and feedback loops.
- Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data integration best practices.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred
- Experience with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft).
- Knowledge of real-time data streaming technologies (Kafka, Kinesis, etc.).
Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $140 - $150/per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
