STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States with offices in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta and more, including internationally in Mexico, India and Japan.
We are seeking a Senior Developer / Programmer Analyst to perform advanced analysis and support for a large project focused on enhancing databases and generating reports. This role requires strong expertise in SQL, PL / SQL, and Stored Procedures, as well as experience in data aggregation and analysis. The ideal candidate will provide thought leadership, manage project scope.
This position will follow a defined software development life cycle (SDLC) process, using an Agile-like approach to complete code changes for releases. The role also involves working across multiple agency stakeholders to ensure reports meet high standards of accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Design, code, and support Oracle SQL and PL / SQL.
- Develop Jasper Reports to meet project requirements.
- Ensure clear and comprehensive documentation for all development work.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs for core systems and PEIMS projects.
- Dev / Unit Testing
- Perform unit testing to ensure code quality and functionality.
- Participate in Agile development cycles and sprint planning.

The base range for this contract position is $60 - $70 / per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
