We are seeking a Network Construction Manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction for Small Cell node projects. This includes identifying materials, supporting vendor and general contractor (GC) selection, on-site management, and coordinating with contractors, OEM installers, and customer representatives. The role involves ensuring the successful completion of Small Cell upgrades and modifications, as well as managing the outside plant construction necessary to support power and fiber delivery to the site. The ideal candidate will ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the Vendor / GC selection process, providing recommendations and support.
- Identify, track, and manage the procurement and release of materials required for the project.
- Attend deployment and customer meetings as the subject matter expert for Small Cell node construction and modifications.
- Conduct regular site visits, including bid walks, pre-construction visits, progress checks, punch walks, and closeout visits.
- Schedule pre-construction meetings and inspections with jurisdictional and utility inspectors.
- Maintain project costs within scope, ensuring that vendors adhere to the project budget.
- Problem-solve on-site issues and recommend solutions to ensure the project timeline and budget are maintained.
- Ensure that all work follows safety policies, construction standards, and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate project files and closeout documentation, ensuring timely distribution to meet corporate and customer standards.
- Ensure all projects are tracked accurately in the project management system.
- Serve as a safety observer and Quality Assurance representative during site visits to ensure compliance with safety programs and workmanship standards.

The base range for this contract position is $40 - $50 / per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
