We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Hyperion Essbase / Planning Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a client-facing role, and the ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and hands-on expertise in Hyperion on-prem solutions. You will provide support to both International and Domestic PPC business clients, assisting with problem analysis, resolution, and general support for a large portfolio of Hyperion Planning applications. This position will require working closely with all areas of Information Systems on enhancements, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for systems with varying designs and architectures.
As part of our team, you will help ensure service levels are met in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will evaluate issues, offer solutions, and manage activities aimed at restoring functionality. Additionally, you will address client questions or requests for advice and ensure timely and effective resolution.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and assist in the development of existing on-prem Hyperion Essbase / Planning applications.
- Write and troubleshoot various calculation scripts.
- Enhance and support web-based data entry forms within Hyperion Planning.
- Perform Essbase outline changes and create reports as required.
- Manage all problem resolution, incident closure, and reporting.
- Use query tools to analyze, reconcile data, and produce ad hoc reports.
- Provide rotational on-call support to meet worldwide service-level agreements.

The base range for this contract position is $50 - $60 / per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered
