We are seeking a Project Coordinator - Fiber Construction to support our Fiber Construction Team in managing multiple projects efficiently. The ideal candidate will assist with project tracking, reporting, and administrative support to ensure that milestones are met and projects are completed on time. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across various teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support the Fiber Construction Team in overseeing multiple projects.
- Prepare special reports for internal teams and customers as required.
- Assist with job entry and updates in the CRM system.
- Ensure that all project milestones are followed up on and completed within deadlines.
- Handle miscellaneous reports and special projects as needed.
- Arrange access for major projects, coordinating with relevant teams.
- Prepare slide decks for Senior Management meetings.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including mailing, supply inventory, purchasing, and office maintenance.
- Manage building / suite access, coordinate necessary repairs, and provide general support to employees and visitors.
- Assist with event planning and administrative tasks related to office management.
Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $15 - $22 / per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
