Principal Product Owner

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Product Owner to lead the development of innovative products in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities

• Define the long-term product vision and roadmap, aligning with business goals and market opportunities.


• Analyze customer needs, competitor landscapes, and industry trends to guide product development and ensure successful delivery.


• Act as a key decision-maker for product direction, aligning with business objectives and market trends.


• Translate business needs into actionable product requirements.


• Prioritize features based on user feedback, data analysis, and business impact.


• Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure smooth product development.


• Facilitate communication and alignment across stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery.


• Own the product backlog and manage feature releases.


• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and adjust based on insights.


• Champion user research and feedback to inform product decisions.


• Ensure products meet customer needs and provide an exceptional user experience.


• Utilize data analytics to identify insights that guide product strategy.


• Make informed decisions regarding product features and roadmap based on data and market trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in a complex, multi-faceted product environment, ideally within the apparel or retail industry.


• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.


• Deep customer empathy and the ability to translate user needs into clear product requirements.


• Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed, strategic decisions.


• Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and tracking industry trends.


• Proven ability to prioritize features, manage product backlogs, and drive product success.

Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $73 - $83/per hour, depending on experience.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
