Product Designer , AI Experiences

We are seeking a talented AI UX Designer to craft intuitive, user-friendly, and accessible AI experiences across multiple platforms, including web applications, mobile interfaces, LLMs, and chatbots. The ideal candidate will be passionate about designing seamless interactions, conducting UX research, and maintaining consistency across AI-driven products.

Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly, accessible AI experiences for various interaction use cases and audiences while ensuring consistency and best practices.


• Conduct competitive UX research and comparative analysis to define best practices.


• Lead and facilitate discovery sessions to define UX requirements with internal stakeholders.


• Produce design documentation, including site maps, user personas & flows, style guides, and presentations.


• Use Figma to create high-fidelity designs, reusable patterns, templates, and interactive prototypes.


• Present research findings and design solutions to stakeholders and leadership.


• Collaborate with the UX Lead to develop and maintain an AI experience design system for consistency and scalability.


• Participate in design critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback to ensure quality.


• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 5 years of professional design experience, including 3 years focused on AI design across multiple platforms (LLMs, web apps, mobile, chatbots).


• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.


• 2 years of professional experience working within and contributing to design systems.


• Expertise in Figma and FigJam, with a strong understanding of accessibility standards.


• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).


• A professional portfolio showcasing relevant designs and prototypes (must include a link in the resume or application)

Additional Details

The base range for this contract position is $69 - $79/per hour, depending on experience.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered
