STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States and with offices in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, and more including internationally in Mexico and India.
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the successful execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with contract terms. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, coordinating deliverables, and maintaining open communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a customer-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- Oversee projects from inception to completion, coordinating all aspects including contracting, RF design, equipment procurement, permitting, construction, optimization, site acquisition, and close-out.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules, ensuring compliance with contract terms and company policies.
- Lead internal and external deployment meetings to review project status and resolve conflicts or delays.
- Attend customer meetings to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, ensuring files and close-out documents meet corporate and customer standards.
- Use project tracking systems to ensure data accuracy and monitor progress.
- Identify risks to timelines and budgets, and communicate them proactively to stakeholders.

The base range for this contract position is $46 - $56 / per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
