We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to oversee our VMS / MSP (Vendor Management System / Managed Service Provider) accounts . This role is responsible for nurturing client relationships, driving talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent sourcing, client delivery consulting, and workforce optimization while championing diversity and inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for VMS / MSP accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strategic Growth : Identify opportunities to expand and enhance our services within existing accounts, aligning solutions with client objectives.
- Talent Sourcing & Workforce Solutions : Implement and refine Contingent Workforce Solutions, ensuring optimal recruitment and delivery strategies.
- Operational Excellence : Develop and manage program structures, process frameworks, and data-driven strategies to optimize efficiency and scalability.
- MSP Partnerships : Collaborate with MSP partners to align program objectives, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Technology & Innovation : Leverage data analytics and emerging technologies to enhance workforce performance and agility in a rapidly changing talent market.
- Stakeholder Communication : Provide insights, reports, and strategic recommendations to internal leadership and client stakeholders.

The base salary range for this position is $75K - $95K annually, depending on experience.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
