We are seeking a Senior Procurement Buyer (Contractor) responsible for managing enterprise-wide purchasing requests using Coupa's procure-to-pay technology. This role involves prioritizing complex purchasing transactions, facilitating vendor relationships, and ensuring efficient, compliant procurement processes. As a liaison between internal teams and vendors, the Senior Procurement Buyer will handle a range of issues, ensuring service level agreements, accurate invoicing, and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met. The role also includes providing expert guidance on e-Procurement technology, training team members, and contributing to process improvements across procurement functions. This contract position covers a maternity leave period and can sit remotely.

The base range for this contract position is $30 - $40/per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Lead and prioritize high-complexity purchasing transactions through Coupa e-Procurement, ensuring timely processing, accurate documentation, proper account allocation, and best pricing.
- Facilitate efficient resolution of procurement issues and support internal clients by managing supplier relationships and resolving issues promptly.
- Oversee daily procure-to-pay processes, supporting expense reduction initiatives, and enforcing procurement policies. Delegate overflow requests to team members to maintain a 24-hour SLA.
- Support vendor management, risk governance, and operational oversight for assigned providers, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are achieved.
- Serve as an e-Procurement Subject Matter Expert, providing training and leadership on Coupa software and optimizing internal processes.
- Administer the Bank of America credit card program, including support for transactional holds and fraud alerts.
- Proficient in supplier metric reporting within Coupa e-Procurement.
- Analytical skills to identify trends and anomalies, with advanced knowledge of MS Excel for corrective actions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret and present information effectively.
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and well-versed in end-to-end sourcing methodologies.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, with Coupa Software Administrator Certification preferred.
- 5 years of experience in corporate procurement, vendor management, financial services, or a related field.
