We are seeking a Senior Product / Systems Analyst to coordinate and lead organizational analysis efforts, identify current capabilities, offer opportunities for improvement, and drive the measurement, prioritization, and implementation of identified opportunities. As the Senior Product Analyst, you will work closely with Product Owners on strategy, helping to deliver product roadmaps and cutting-edge technology solutions that improve the mortgage loan process for our customers.
Responsibilities
Lead organizational analysis efforts to identify current capabilities, opportunities for improvement, and drive the measurement, prioritization, and implementation of identified opportunities.
Interact and coordinate with system developers and business subject matter experts on application changes, development, and deployment.
Write, communicate, and vet requirements and user stories with business leaders using different approaches, such as use cases, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, state charts, data dictionaries, class or entity relationship diagrams to ensure complete understanding by business leaders / executives while working within an Agile framework.
Work effectively inside a Scrum or Kanban team and participate in Scrum ceremonies and retrospectives.
Coordinate risk assessments and utilize risk assessment outputs to mitigate project risks and determine the best approach for delivering the product.
Plan, develop, oversee, execute, and certify changes by establishing rigorous test plans throughout design and implementation phases, tracking test results to ensure changes are complete and meet finalized requirements.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Deep understanding of JSON syntax (objects, arrays, key-value pairs), and the ability to recognize different data types within JSON (strings, numbers, booleans, null).
Proficiency in JSON Schema for defining and validating the structure of JSON data to ensure data quality and consistency.
Comfortable manipulating JSON data, including adding, deleting, and modifying elements within JSON objects and arrays to fit payloads, and capable of reverse engineering outputs to generate inputs.
Ability to identify potential issues in JSON data, such as invalid formats or missing fields, and implement validation checks.
Experience with nested data structures and the ability to navigate and manipulate them effectively.
Strong error handling and debugging skills, particularly with parsing errors or issues related to APIs.
Ability to efficiently interact with large JSON datasets and write optimized code for parsing and manipulating data. Preferred
Prior programming experience to understand complex syntax.
Testing experience, including UI validation, writing test scripts, and collaborating with UAT analysts.
Knowledge of APIs. Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $40 - $50 / per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
