Sharepoint solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Administrator / Solution Architect with over five years of experience designing and implementing solutions within the Microsoft SharePoint ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in leveraging Power Automate, Power Apps, and Flows to optimize business processes and improve workflow efficiency. A strong understanding of SharePoint governance, data security, and compliance is essential, along with experience working in enterprise-scale environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy SharePoint-based solutions tailored to business needs.


• Architect end-to-end automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Flows.


• Define and enforce SharePoint governance policies, including data retention, security, and compliance standards.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide solution recommendations.


• Manage site collections, permissions, and integrations with other Microsoft 365 services.


• Ensure platform stability, performance, and scalability within an enterprise environment.


• Provide support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders.


• Stay current with evolving Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online features, including Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI-driven tools.


• Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in SharePoint solution architecture and administration.


• Strong expertise in Power Platform tools: Power Automate, Power Apps, Flows.


• Proven experience developing and implementing SharePoint governance frameworks.


• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio and its integration capabilities.


• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.


• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to solution delivery.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $70 - $80 /per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
