CNC Operator

Pay Rate : $18 - $19 / hr

Location : West Tulsa

Hours : 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM or 10 : 00 AM - 8 : 00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a CNC Operator . This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training provided. The CNC Operator will assist in operating CNC Mills and Lathes , ensuring that parts are produced to the required specifications . Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines (Mills and Lathes) under the supervision of experienced machinists.
Perform basic machine adjustments and monitor operations to ensure smooth production.
Load materials, load programs, and start machine runs according to specifications.
Conduct basic quality checks to ensure parts meet dimensional requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment .
Follow established safety protocols and operational guidelines.
Report machine issues or irregularities to supervisors.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn troubleshooting techniques and make minor machine adjustments under supervision.
Complete basic paperwork for part tracking and machine operations.

Qualifications & Skills

1 year of CNC operating experience preferred , but not required.

Strong desire to learn and develop skills in a manufacturing environment.

Basic mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail .

Ability to follow written instructions and procedures accurately.

Reliable, punctual, and dedicated work ethic.

Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs .

High school diploma / GED required .

Experience with basic hand tools is a plus .
