We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a CNC Operator . This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training provided. The CNC Operator will assist in operating CNC Mills and Lathes , ensuring that parts are produced to the required specifications . Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines (Mills and Lathes) under the supervision of experienced machinists.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and monitor operations to ensure smooth production.
- Load materials, load programs, and start machine runs according to specifications.
- Conduct basic quality checks to ensure parts meet dimensional requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment .
- Follow established safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Report machine issues or irregularities to supervisors.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn troubleshooting techniques and make minor machine adjustments under supervision.
- Complete basic paperwork for part tracking and machine operations.
