Position Overview :
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electrical Assembler to join our team in Pryor, OK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling electronic components, subassemblies, products, or systems while ensuring high levels of quality and accuracy. Key Responsibilities :
- Assembly & Wiring :
o Position, align, and adjust electrical components for proper assembly.
o Perform various operations such as crimping, staking, bolting, drilling, riveting, soldering, and press fitting to secure parts in place using hand and power tools.
o Mount assembled components, including transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and sockets onto chassis panels.
o Connect component lead wires to printed circuit boards and route wires between components, connectors, and terminals using soldering or other bonding techniques.
o Install finished assemblies or subassemblies into cases and cabinets as per specifications.
o Assemble and attach hardware components such as caps, clamps, knobs, and switches to assemblies.
o Adjust and trim materials to meet specified electrical and dimensional characteristics.
o Maintain detailed documentation and ensure accuracy in assembly processes.
o Follow all safety and quality protocols in the assembly process.
o Assist with other assignments as directed by the supervisor.
o Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications :
o Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
o Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use various hand and power tools.
o Ability to interpret and follow work orders, production drawings, and verbal instructions.
o Frequent standing and sitting throughout the shift.
o Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
o Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
