Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our clients team in Joplin MO. This role supports the maintenance repair and installation of machines tools and equipment to ensure smooth production operations in an automated manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a combination of mechanical electrical and troubleshooting skills with experience in welding and PLC programming considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the maintenance team with the upkeep and repair of production machinery and equipment.
Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to maintain operational efficiency.
Conduct preventive maintenance and install new equipment as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Identify and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
Qualifications & Skills
Mechanical and electrical skills with experience in troubleshooting and repairs.
Welding experience preferred (MIG TIG or Stick).
Knowledge of PLC programming and robotics is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and documentation.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to pass a preemployment drug screen and federal background check.
