Key Responsibilities :
- Review work orders and follow detailed instructions for each project.
- Mix paints to achieve custom colors and prepare surfaces for painting.
- Protect non-paint areas using masking tape and drop cloths.
- Apply coatings such as enamel, epoxy, and lacquer using spray guns.
- Perform abrasive blasting to meet surface preparation specifications.
- Use DFT measuring equipment to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
What We’re Looking For :
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial painting or blasting.
- Ability to pass a Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) and wear a respirator.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and staying active during shifts.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Team player who can work efficiently with others.
