Job Description
This is a versatile role in manufacturing processes, reporting directly to shift managers. Responsibilities include inbound operations, milling, mixing, die roll, and oven activities.
Primary Responsibilities
Mill and Mixing Rooms / Die Roll :
- Schedule and batch commodities and / or meat slurry into accurate batches using hammer mill mixing and screening systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and downtime repairs on equipment.
- Collaborate with maintenance / engineering for system upgrades and improvements.
- Conduct quality checks and complete documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Promote a team environment through teamwork and self-management.
- Perform QC tasks such as metal checks, date code inspection, item number checks, and dump logs.
