Job Overview :
StandBy Personnel has immediate openings for Production Assemblers in Seneca MO . This 1st shift position offers $16 / hr and is temptohire. Candidates must have a clean background with zero felonies and pass an extensive background check and drug screening .
Key Responsibilities :
Perform mechanical assembly potting soldering applications and spot welding .
Assemble products according to technical drawings specifications and blueprints .
Conduct product testing using specialized equipment such as volt meters helium leak testers and digital Xray systems .
Process electrodes including cleaning tabs defect sorting cell assembly and activation .
Set up and program laser beam weld equipment.
Execute process procedures for cell manufacturing and assembly .
Operate specialized production equipment such as :
o Winders wrappers and filling systems
o Xray machines stackers and welders
o Activation systems mixing coating and calendaring machines
o Slitting blanking surface grinders servo presses and hydraulic presses
Perform product quality selfinspections and document process and product data .
Meet production deadlines under pressure while maintaining safety and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Must be a U.S. Citizen .
High School Diploma or GED required .
Must be able to obtain ATF clearance (Energetic Devices Facility).
Preferred Certifications & Experience :
o Electronics soldering spot welding crimping laser beam welding electrostatic discharge DOT packaging / shipping Xray (Level I or II) and brazing.
o Experience operating manual and automated assembly equipment .
o Background in automated systems operation in a manufacturing setting.
o Familiarity with setup and operation of automated pressing equipment dies .
Must be able to work in a team environment while maintaining efficiency precision and a qualityfirst mindset .
Strong attention to detail adaptability to change and resultsdriven.
Proven record of excellent attendance reliability and housekeeping practices .
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
Selfmotivated with high energy and strong decisionmaking skills.
