This involves developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting inspections and tests, and identifying areas for improvement to maintain product reliability and customer satisfaction.
Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Catoosa, OK. This role involves ensuring product quality throughout the software development lifecycle, maintaining compliance with ISO9001 standards, and implementing proactive quality management strategies. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, a strong communicator, and have a hands-on approach to quality assurance.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Quality Advocacy :
Promote and educate employees on the company’s quality statement.
Define test requirements and automate test procedures to enhance user experience.
Maintain quality standards at every stage of the software lifecycle.
Plan and implement strategies for quality management and testing.
Contribute to root cause analysis programs such as 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone diagrams.
Utilize tools like DFMEA / PFMEA to identify and address quality control issues proactively.
Assist in creating and maintaining quality documentation within the Quality Management System (QMS).
Work directly with quality management to conduct internal and external QMS audits.
Partner with the Continuous Improvement Team to ensure quality during manufacturing efficiency projects.
