We are seeking an experienced and proactive Repair Technician Lead with a strong background in commercial roofing to lead a two-person crew. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of commercial and industrial roof maintenance processes. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve water intrusion issues.
- Identify, document, and advise on necessary repairs or replacements.
- Accurately complete paperwork and data entry in a timely manner.
- Perform repairs on roofs, siding, windows, doors, and related constructions.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Address diverse project needs, including storm, hail, water, fire, or insect damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist supervisors as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial roofing.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow company systems and procedures.
- Desire for continuous improvement through feedback.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment.
- OSHA 10 Certification required; OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
- Some travel is required.
