Job Position: Tool Room Attendant
Pay: $17 per hour
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Some Saturdays)

Position Overview
The Tool Room Attendant is responsible for the issuance, receipt, maintenance, and accounting of tools and equipment used on field projects. This role includes handling hand/power tools, electrical equipment, personal protective equipment (PPE), welding consumables, and other necessary equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Tool and Equipment Accountability: Maintain strict enforcement of tool and equipment management.
- Quality and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to company and client safety standards while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Safe Work Practices: Operate safely without posing a direct threat to oneself or others.
- Policy Adherence: Follow all company and client rules and regulations.
- Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks as assigned or required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Educational Requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Tool Knowledge: Understanding of tool functionality and maintenance practices.
- PPE Knowledge: Familiarity with basic PPE, respirator cleaning, and maintenance.
Physical Requirements
- Repetitive Movements: Ability to perform repetitive arm-hand positioning and lifting arms above shoulder level.
- Positioning: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Lifting: Move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) over short distances (less than 20 feet).
- Environmental Conditions: Ability to work in various weather conditions with exposure to elements.
