The Production Technician plays a vital role in our manufacturing process, overseeing the chemical stripping, plating, and production of high-quality components. This position ensures all parts meet precise standards while supporting the efficiency and safety of production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Operations : Set up, operate, and monitor stripping and plating tanks to ensure seamless execution.
- Quality Control : Conduct detailed inspections using tools like micrometers and calipers to verify parts meet exact specifications.
- Maintenance : Maintain tank operations by managing additions, cleanliness, and chemical storage.
- Processing : Skillfully prepare and process parts through stripping and plating lines, including hard chrome plating.
- Equipment Handling : Use hand tools, measuring instruments, and fabrication techniques to support production.
- Safety : Enforce and follow established safety guidelines to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaboration : Assist other technicians and materials clerks to streamline workflow and operations.
