Lead Bartender

Overview
Don's TV Repair Speakeasy is looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team in a Bar Lead position. For this role we want someone who values hospitality and places importance on making our guests feel appreciated. In this role, you will be expected to execute Don's menu cocktails and milkshakes, train bar staff on making our recipes with consistency and efficiency, develop your team through thoughtful and intentional communication that is supportive, clear, and constructive. You will be expected to lead by example and provide guest-focused service, working behind the bar with the team you lead.

Schedule Expectations

This role requires availability, the expectation is to work 5 days each week, and will include weekend days (FRI, SAT, SUN). Scheduling expectations are relative to change based on the needs of the restaurant during a given time period. Responsibilities

• Scheduled to bartend 5 days a week
• Train and develop the bar staff
• Prep batch cocktails
• Assist in putting away weekly liquor and bar orders
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience bartending.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Willingness to put our guests first and provide thoughtful service.
• Ability to remain optimistic, focused while under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Able to take direction from their direct manager, and restaurant operations team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
