Don’s TV Repair is looking for a candidate that loves exceeding expectations! Someone who knows this ain’t just any repair shop! The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender at Don's, you will be responsible for creating delicious beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
We expect our team members to:
- Guide guests through our menu and daily specials while demonstrating food and drink knowledge.
- Take accurate orders and collaborate with team members to give the best service possible.
- Provide friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel taken care of and ensures repeat clientele.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
- Stay updated on drink trends, new products, and menu changes.
-Saturday and Sunday availability is a must.
Pay: $12/hr plus tips
Qualifications
- Proven experience in .
- Knowledge of batching/bar prep techniques and food safety practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
- Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations.
- Certification in food handling is preferred but not required.
