We are looking for a driven Sales Representative to join our expanding team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in sales, particularly in the home services industry (fencing, roofing, windows, etc.), who is motivated by success and eager to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. If you’re organized, a great listener, and enjoy helping homeowners find the perfect fencing solution, we’d love to meet you!
At Stand Strong Fencing, our industry-leading commission structure enables our top sales reps to make multiple six-figures per year!
Responsibilities:
- Travel to targeted neighborhoods within the Treasure Valley area to assess fencing needs and provide estimates.
- Present a variety of fencing options based on customer needs, preferences, and budget.
- Maintain professionalism in all customer interactions, representing the Stand Strong Fencing brand through appearance and demeanor.
- Continue your training and development to advance in your role and eventually close sales.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth process from consultation to installation.

Ideal Candidate:
- Has a basic understanding of general construction principles and is comfortable talking to homeowners.
- Strong experience in sales and the ability to represent the company in a professional manner.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to focus on the customer’s needs while handling objections effectively.
- Comfortable working independently but maintaining strong communication with the team.
- Maintains a passion for achieving financial independence and professional growth.
