GET TO KNOW THE ROLE
This position works Monday to Friday from 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM, with overtime available. As our HVAC Construction Crew Leader, your day kicks off at our central location, where you gather the materials and gear you need to hit the ground running. Once you and your team head to the job site, you step into a leadership role-guiding your HVAC helpers, troubleshooting any on-site issues, and ensuring every project meets our high standards.
You lead by example, setting the pace and overseeing daily goals. Whether it's prepping materials, ensuring quality control, or problem-solving on the go, you ensure your crew delivers top-notch results every time.
