ABOUT THE ROLE
Schedule : This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM, with overtime available.
As an HVAC Construction Team Lead, your day begins by reporting to our central location, where you'll gather the materials needed for the day's projects. After prepping everything, you head out to the job site, taking charge of your HVAC helpers and guiding them through the workday. Your leadership ensures that daily goals are met, and you excel at problem-solving on the fly when challenges arise. You make sure that work is done to the highest standards, ensuring quality management every step of the way. By the end of the day, you leave the job site knowing you've led your team to success.
