WHAT YOUR TYPICAL DAY LOOKS LIKE
As an HVAC Install Lead, your day starts bright and early, meeting with your crew to organize the day's installations. You take the lead on installing heating and cooling systems, troubleshooting challenges, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and professionally. Customers trust your expertise, and your proactive communication keeps them informed throughout the process. You work alongside your team, guiding them through installs and ensuring the highest quality standards. By the end of your day, you wrap up another successful day, knowing you've delivered comfort and reliability to homes and businesses.
WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION
This full-time leadership position is based in Knoxville, TN, serving the greater Knoxville area. You will work a steady Monday to Friday schedule from 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 30 PM.
