Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough calibration, functional testing, and burn-in testing of robotic systems and subassemblies in a manufacturing environment.
- Execute tests according to established standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Operate laboratory equipment and sensors such as data acquisition systems, motion trackers, load cells, and accelerometers to collect data on robot performance.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and software quality defects.
- Document test results and communicate status to the quality and manufacturing teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve test processes and tools.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, or testing of complex products.
- Familiarity with electrical test equipment and tools.
