About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Test Technician to join our team at Standard Bots.
Key Accountabilities
- Conduct comprehensive calibration, functional testing, and burn-in testing of robotic systems and subassemblies in a manufacturing environment.
- Execute tests according to established standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Operate laboratory equipment and sensors such as data acquisition systems, motion trackers, load cells, and accelerometers to collect data on robot performance.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software quality defects.
- Maintain accurate records of test results and communicate status to the quality and manufacturing teams.
- Aid in the continuous improvement of test processes and tools.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, or testing of complex products.
- Familiarity with electrical test equipment and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Knowledge of mechatronic components.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
