We're seeking an Assembly Technician to build and test our cutting-edge robotic systems. This exciting opportunity combines hands-on manufacturing expertise with state-of-the-art robotics technology. We're looking for detail-oriented technicians to partner closely with our production manager and engineering team to improve operational efficiency and product manufacturability.
This role is based at our manufacturing facility in Glen Cove, NY, with first shift hours (Monday-Friday, daytime). You'll work on assembling production robots according to specifications, reporting quality and process issues, maintaining a safe working environment, managing material handling, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years experience in mass production environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Collaborative team player
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Experience in automotive, aerospace, industrial, or electromechanical manufacturing
- Machine shop equipment experience
- OSHA knowledge
- Programming skills
