Job Summary:
The Staff Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support and assistance to members of SCI’s executive leadership team to include Directors and key managers. Duties/Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, including letters, memos, invoices, reports, and presentations, for senior staff.
- Attend meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.
- Receive, review, and prioritize incoming communications, determining their importance and routing to appropriate personnel.
- Manage office operations, including maintaining organized filing systems (both physical and digital), ordering supplies, and processing expense reports.
- Work in CRM to update records and actions required
- Undertake other duties and responsibilities as required to support the executive team.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time-management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly. Experience in Mac’s a plus!
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
- Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Professional demeanor and appearance with the ability to represent the executive team positively.
- High school diploma required; Associates degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of two years of related experience in an administrative role (e.g., administrative assistant, office manager).

- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
