Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Business Data Analyst with a strong focus on financial reporting, forecasting, and operational performance analysis. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining key financial and operational performance dashboards, including the company scorecard. The ideal candidate will work closely with business partners to analyze financial drivers, validate data assumptions, benchmark against market trends, and build long-term strategic plans. This role requires 5-7 years of experience, strong expertise in financial modeling, KPI reporting, SQL data extraction, and an advanced proficiency in Excel.
Key Responsibilities :
Financial & Operational Reporting
- Develop, maintain, and improve financial and operational performance reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance to business needs.
- Build and manage the company scorecard, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments.
- Work closely with leadership to define KPI targets, benchmarks, and performance tracking methods.
- Automate and optimize reporting processes using Excel, SQL, SSRS, and BI tools.
