ABOUT THE ROLE
The licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agency Operations Lead’s primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service to all policyholders and document and create processes for the newly formed insurance agency as directed by executive management.
Base compensation of $42,000 and total compensation $50,000-$55,000.00.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Service :
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and claims guidance.
- Provide accurate and thorough information on insurance products and coverage options.
- Policy Management :
- Process policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations efficiently.
- Utilize EZLynx to manage client records and ensure data accuracy.
- Conduct account reviews to identify cross-sell or upsell opportunities.
- Administrative Tasks :
- Maintain organized client files and documentation.
- Assist agents with quotes, applications, and follow-ups as needed.
- Ensure compliance with agency and carrier guidelines.

- Creates and owns all agency processes.
