What are the responsibilities and job description for the Silk Screener / Repairs position at Standard Chair of Gardner?
Standard Chair of Gardner is looking for a dependable, hard working, focused individual to fill the position of Silk Screener / Repairs. The candidate must be reliable and have a solid work history. A positive attitude is a must. The employee will spend the majority of their shift on their feet. Employees are required to work safely, efficiently and adhere to all company policies, procedures and work standards.
Job Requirements:
- Preparing screen printing stencils.
- Mixing and loading ink.
- Cleaning and prepping parts.
- Reading and understanding work orders to apply the correct screened artwork to the proper furniture component.
- Properly use different sandpaper, rubbing oil, detail spray gun, and hand tools to repair the furniture.
- Be able to lift 25 lbs.
- Keep work center clean and organized.
- Consistently meet deadlines, sometimes under pressure.
