Facilities Maintenance

The Facilities Maintenance job is a shared position working on both the office and warehouse. The main job functions include but are not limited to the below tasks. The main function of the position is to help keep the Warehouse and office clean and in proper working order. There will be daily duties along with larger scale projects as the need arises. Special equipment will be used i.e. Forklift, Zamboni machine, Sky Jack etc.

Maintenance

· Fix wrap machines

· Build/replace racks

· Hang signs in warehouse

· Build hand trucks

· Replace toilet seats

· Replace lightbulbs

· Build office furniture

· Small maintenance on trucks (i.e., replacing straps and chains)

· Fix locks on doors

· Snow removal/grass cutting

· Maintain clean grounds

· Put air in tires

· Spray for wasps

· Load bails on truck

Janitorial

· Clean floors

· Collect plastic, cardboard, and trash inside and around building

· Cleanup cobwebs

· Clean rollup doors

· Sweep drive thru and warehouse

Safety

· Clean eyewash

· Keep walk ways clear of trash and other potential obstacles.

Misc.

· Errands (i.e., Home Depot, Bj’s, and the dump)

· Lower/raise flags

· Unload UPS, FedEx, and WB Mason

· Helper on trucks

· Maintain close code beer area

· Pull trailers inside

· Cut metal for scrap

· Stock water

· Assist breakage
