About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in our Rockford, IL location. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our customer base, while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our sales team to identify and qualify prospects, and develop and implement strategies to achieve sales growth. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to build strong relationships with customers, provide exceptional customer service, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license and personal transportation required
- 3 years of experience in sales or account management
- Strongly self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
