Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in general warehouse operations; 1 year minimum.
- Experience in a leadership role within a warehouse setting; 1 year minimum.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily picking, shipping, and receiving operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Provide performance feedback and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Identify process improvements and best practices to optimize warehouse efficiency.
