Standard Enterprises has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Property Manager in the Sterlington, LA area!
THIS WILL BE A PART TIME (24 HRS PER WEEK) POSITION
The Property Manager is responsible for:
- Excellent customer service
- Daily management and coordination of all aspects of apartment community operations
- Rent collection
- Apartment leasing
- Maintaining files for corporate and government compliance
- Inspections
- Re-certifications
- Supervision of all office and maintenance staff
- Requirements:
- Strong computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate all office equipment
- Previous customer service, sales and marketing experience
- Working knowledge of HUD, Section 8, Tax Credit, Eviction Law and Fair Housing regulations
- Ability to walk the property and climb stairs
- Posses a valid drivers license
