Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Production Quality Control Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting products, primarily sleeping pillows, as well as materials such as pillow shells and filling materials (including polyester fibers, foams, or blends). You will perform multiple functions within the production area to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and compliant processes. Your focus will be identifying defects and ensuring adherence to specifications, verifying finished products, and accurately documenting your findings. Second Shift 5pm-1:30am
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties /Responsibilities:
- Approve incoming materials by verifying specifications, performing visual and measurement tests, and rejecting non-compliant items.
- Inspect product using industry-standard methods
- Verify finished products by confirming specifications
- Return products for rework when necessary and document the process.
- Perform various production tasks, including blowing, filling, bagging, and packing.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following safety standards and legal regulations.
- Document inspection results
- Identify causes of product defects and reworks.
- Ensure adherence to customer protocols and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years’ experience in quality control preferred.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with manufacturing methods and procedures.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Knowledge of AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) is a plus.
- Experience with Inspectorio preferred
Education
· High School Diploma or a GED equivalent
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed, up to 50lbs
