HVAC IN-HOME SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Standard Heating and Air Conditioning, a local employee-owned company with a strong 53-year tradition, is currently looking for an In-Home Sales Representative to be part of our team. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES: · Interacts with new and existing customers; presents product and service options, facilitating a smooth sales process. · Responsible for incoming sales inquiries along with self-generated sales leads. · Performs accurate measurements of existing equipment and supporting material to ensure an efficient installation process. · Demonstrates a high level of technical expertise. · Effectively demonstrates professionalism and courtesy when working with customers, maintaining a high level of ethics and credibility. · Ability to effectively write and present sales proposals. · Provide detailed instructions of materials and work required for installation. QUALIFICATIONS: · Proven track record of relevant in home sales experience. · Must possess basic math skills, with the ability to read a tape measure. · Strong follow up and sales closing skills. · Strong organizational skills and communication skills. · Ability to be insured by the Company to drive a company vehicle. PHSYCICAL REQUIREMENTS: · Requires working indoors and outdoors in varied environmental conditions.
