SH Solutions specializes in the direct marketing and retail sales field for nationally recognized companies in the telecommunications industry. Through our work with these clients, we have helped grow their business tremendously. Our approach is simple, using client-provided leads, we work with very specific customers, focusing on building relationships, and suggesting solutions to their needs.
We have just expanded our reach to a brand new location in the Bend area. We are looking to add an AT&T Sales Assistant to our team who can receive training from our top Sales Assistants in order to become an expert in the role.
Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Assistant :
Receive hands-on and classroom-style training from top Sales Assistants and company leadership in order to fully understand entry-level responsibilities
Become an expert in client product knowledge to be able to educate customers and overcome any objections
Work directly with customers on a daily basis and maintain professionalism with each interaction
Master the full sales cycle and ensure that all customer sales are properly completed
Upsell products and services that may be beneficial for each individual customer
Maintain contact with customers after sales are made to ensure superior customer experience
Keep a detailed record of all customer interactions so that our clients may maintain an accurate update of their customers
Work closely with other Entry Level Sales Assistants and assist when others may need assistance
Attend daily team meetings to discuss individual and company goals
