Client Support Representative Responsibilities
- Work onsite at various in-store retail-based events, providing outstanding support and ensuring a seamless customer experience as a Client Support Representative.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with fellow Client Support Representatives to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions that enhance the client experience.
- Participate in daily team meetings to discuss goals, share feedback, and strategize ways to improve the effectiveness of Client Support Representative efforts.
- Track customer inquiries and resolutions, ensuring that all feedback is used to enhance our approach to Client Support Representative services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, promoting trust and loyalty toward our clients' brands through proactive Client Support Representative engagement.
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of client products and services to provide accurate, reliable, and efficient support as a Client Support Representative.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions led by our leadership team, empowering you to excel in your role as a Client Support Representative and grow within our organization.
Client Support Representative Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, support, or a related field.
- Strong desire to learn and continuously improve professional skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Comfortable engaging with customers in person and over the phone as a Client Support Representative.
- Reliable transportation to travel up to 40 miles to our retail partners.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
