Summary

Essential Duties And Reponsibilities
- Provide leadership, support and training (product specifications) for all team members
- Positively motivates team to meet production goals and maintain high product quality standards
- Communicates daily production requirements and goals to team members
- Participates in promoting a respectful and safe work environment
- Responsible for coordinating the workforce to ensure maximum productivity
- Responsible for accurately recording attendance for all team personnel and for ensuring that personal/vacation requests are submitted in a timely manner to the Production Manager, Supervisor or Super Leads (Green Hats)
- Responsible for accurately reporting work hours on a weekly basis to Payroll
- Actively works on the production line assisting team members when needed
- Communicate any performance issues to the Production Manager, Supervisor or Super Leads (Green Hats) in a timely manner
- Makes meaningfully information and actively participates in the decision to hire new employees
- Must be able to distinguish and troubleshoot a general machine malfunction and know when Maintenance needs to be notified
- Interpret and comply with company policies and procedures.
- One year of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and must be able to communicate with all personnel
- Bilingual a plus
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills (Excel)
