Essential Duties And Reponsibilities
- Assist S/R Warehouse Manager/ Supervisor in management of all Inbound and outbound loads.
- Helping with tracking where pallets are going as getting loading/ unloading multiple trucks.
- Communicate any discrepancies and/or performance issues to the Supervisor or Warehouse Manager in a timely manner.
- Follow, interpret and apply company GMP, policies, and procedures to team members.
- Keeping track and making other departments aware of product that needs to be used as it’s being received.
- Verifying accuracy of employees pulling and scanning product
- Implementation and oversight of all safety, quality and efficiency programs
- Assist in ensuring shipment of all FedEx’s Orders.
- Ensure that before leaving all required work has been completed.
- Must be flexible to working overtime and weekends.
- Mange the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
- Collaborate and communicate with logistics, customer service representatives and others involved in the shipment and receipt of product.
- Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily inbounds and outbounds to all necessary.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfil order requirements.
- Ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail to analyze data and prepare reports.
- Schedule and coordinate all inbounds and outbounds.
- Keeping the necessary department updated on all early or late arrival trucks.
- High School Diploma or GED/ Or a combination of education and experience
- Displays responsibility for being punctual
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills / Accurate Data Entry
- Good Verbal/Written communication skills
- Solid Organizational Skills/Detail Oriented
- Problem Solving and analytical skills
- Proven Ability to Multi-task
- Must work well independently and with a team
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and a rapidly changing environment
- Proficient in English/Bilingual skills a plus
- Basic computer skills (Excel)
