What You'll Be Doing :Complete all repairs on each order efficiently, meeting dealership, state, and factory standards.Address the customer's primary concern, focusing on diagnosis, repair, and quality control to ensure Fixed First Visit outcomes.Perform Electronic Multi-Point Inspections on every vehicle.Provide timely updates to Service Advisors regarding any changes to the repair's scope or timing.Master our Dealer Management System (Dealertrack), Pencilwrench, and Mykaarma for time tracking, electronic inspections, repair quotes, and communications.Maintain a clean and organized workspace and be accountable for dealership-owned tools.Complete assigned factory-sponsored training classes.Keep current on all factory technical bulletins.Adhere to cleanliness standards to ensure a spotless return of customer vehicles.Follow all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.Qualifications :High school diploma or GED required; graduation from a recognized Automotive / Technical School preferred.Prior experience as an automotive technician; factory-trained and / or manufacturer-certified is highly preferred.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and effective in a team environment.Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions with a common-sense approach.Excellent driving record with professional appearance and work ethic.Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings.What We Offer :Guaranteed hourly wage double the minimum wage plus commission.Supportive staff and experienced leadership.Advancement opportunities.401(k) with matching contributions.Paid time off and holidays.Medical (HMO), Dental (PPO & HMO), and Vision insurance.Exclusive discounts with company partners.High-traffic service drive to support your goals.Physical Demands :The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform this role's essential functions successfully :
